its called kcat arts centre. its run by an organisation called camphill near where i live and my aunt is one of the disabled artists there.
here she is with her work and you may find links to the rest of the site there too.

This is more of a project to encourage change than an actual charity, but I think its nifty.

I'll keep looking. I had received a calendar from them and it was all art made by these people using their feet and mouths. It was quite awesome.

I'm going to have to do a bit of searching for a link and the exact title of this group, but it's people who have illnesses or have disabilities that hinder their motor skills. They create art with their mouths and their feet (if they have no hands or loss of use of). You may be aware of the group?

I donated a few years ago, I may have records of that donation. I'll get back to you.
